1. Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative functions of the climbing centre
- Undertake and manage the conduct of centre related programmes and special projects
- Manage and maintain centre’s climbing facilities and equipment
Requirements:
- A diploma related to the field of management, sports or exercise science, leisure or recreation and equivalent
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with kids of all ages
- Fresh graduates will be considered
2. Part-Time rockCREW (Centre Staff)
Responsibilities:
- Over the counter duties including registrations, issue/collect of equipment, promotion of classes
- Execute climbing related activities for participants
Requirements:
- Able to teach, mentor and guide kids in climbing related programmes
- Basic outdoor / rock climbing knowledge
- First aid certification
- Coaching or teaching experiences will be an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with kids of all ages
Additional Information:
- Necessary trainings and certifications will be provided
- On-job-trainings is required for all freshly appointed rockCREW
- Leadership appointments available
3. Freelance rockGUIDE (Centre Instructor)
Responsibilities:
- Execute climbing related activities for participants
- Freelance work and / or project basis
Requirements:
- Able to teach, mentor and guide kids in climbing related programmes
- Basic outdoor / rock climbing knowledge
- First aid certification
- Coaching or teaching experiences will be an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with kids of all ages
